Welcome to Ibernetics, LLC, (“IBERNETICS”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”), a website based platform that provides content, training, videos, tutorials, articles, educational material, products, software, applications, data feeds and a community to give You holistic and conscious living practices (“Services” or “IBERNETICS Services”), provided by Our website located here (“Site”).
Please read this document carefully because this Privacy Policy (“Policy” or “Agreement”) along with Our Terms of Use (“Terms”), incorporated herein by reference (collectively referred to as “Entire Agreement”), describe the legally binding agreement between You and/or Your Company (referred to hereinafter as, “You”,” or “User,” or “Your”) and Us. This Privacy Policy governs Our data collection, processing and usage practices. It also describes Your choices regarding use, access, rights and correction of Your personal information. If You do not agree with the data practices described in this Privacy Policy, You shall not use IBERNETICS Services.

The Service is not intended for Users under the age of 13. If You are under the age of 13, You shall not use the Services without legal guardian consent.
Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to confer any third-party rights or benefits. Additional terms may apply to certain services and products, and those additional terms shall become part of Your agreement with Us if You use those services and/or products. DEFINITIONS
Navigational Information: Navigational information refers to information about Your computer and Your visits to this website such as Your IP address, geographical location, browser type, referral source, length of visit and pages viewed.
Personal Information: This refers to full name, business email address, name of business, credit or debit card numbers, personal financial account information, Social Security numbers, passport numbers, driver’s license numbers or similar personal identifiers, racial or ethnic origin, disability information, or other employment, financial or health information.
User Content: Content uploaded or submitted by Users such as feedback, information, updates, comments, text, images, videos, sounds, data, posts and suggestions.

- IBERNETICS SERVICE
- The IBERNETICS Service is provided for general information purposes. We hope you will find it useful, and that it will help you develop skills and knowledge. However, the content, articles, materials, and other information provided on the Site is provided purely for general information purposes only and can never fully take into account your unique, personal circumstances and needs. Never rely upon such general information in making decisions about specific situations, or use it as a substitute for in-person evaluation or professional medical advice. - INFORMATION WE COLLECT
- When You Visit Our Site. You are free to explore the Site without directly and voluntarily providing any User Information about Yourself to Us. However, We may collect information about your behavior and use of services, together with anonymous visitor data, directly or through third-party services such as Google Analytics, in order to better understand visitor behavior, demographics, locations, page views, time spent on the site, and other metrics and analytics used to provide and improve IBERNETICS Services. We use analytics software to allow Us to better understand the functionality of IBERNETICS Services on Your devices. These analytics tools may record information such as how often You use the Site, the events that occur within the Site, aggregated usage, performance data, and where the Site was accessed from. In addition to information We collect on Our Site, We may also collect Your city location, device model and version, device identifier (or “UDID”), OS version, and Your IBERNETICS Service credentials.
We may send notifications by such means as emails, text notifications, chat and/or postal mailings from time to time in order to update You about events, promotions, offers, changes to Your account, changes to Our Terms of Service and this Policy. If You no longer wish to receive such communications, You may opt-out or unsubscribe to all marketing and email campaigns. However, You cannot unsubscribe from emails regarding Your Account, unless You delete Your Account with IBERNETICS.
- When You Subscribe to IBERNETICS Services. If You choose to register for IBERNETICS Services, You will need to provide Us with User Information in order for Us to provide You with the additional Subscription Services. We may also collect Navigational Information when You register for IBERNETICS Services. When You register with Us to use IBERNETICS Services, You will be required to provide Us with, among others, Your full name, email address, location, username, census data, and payment information (“User Information”). You may also be prompted to pay for IBERNETICS Services, which will require financial information. All payments on the Site are processed through a secure third party payment gateway, such as Stripe, Square, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Amazon Pay. (“Third Party Payment Gateway”). We are not liable for the data and privacy practices of any third party payment gateway used for IBERNETICS Services.
- USER ACCOUNT AND USER INFORMATION
- In order to use the Site, whether You are a Subscriber or a Non-Subscriber, You may be required to create a user account (“User Account”) by providing Us with user information such as, name, email address, username, passwords, census data, and payment information (“User Information”).
- IBERNETICS does not ask for, nor do We collect, protected health information (PHI), electronic personal health information (ePHI), patient information, treatments, diagnoses or medical data. Information You provide to Us through the Site is NOT HIPAA protected. IBERNETICS does not have any duty to protect any HIPAA governed information You submit to Us through this Site and/or Services, and You shall not upload any HIPAA protected information to the Site.
- LOG FILES
- When You use IBERNETICS Services We automatically collect information about Your computer hardware and software. This information can include Your IP address, browser type, domain names, internet service provider (ISP), the files viewed on our site (e.g., HTML pages, graphics, etc.), operating system, clickstream data, access times and referring website addresses (“Log Files”). This information is used by Us for the operation of IBERNETICS Services, to maintain quality of IBERNETICS Services, and to provide general statistics regarding use of IBERNETICS Services.
- INFORMATION ABOUT CHILDREN
- IBERNETICS Services is not intended for or targeted at children under the age of eighteen (13) and We do not knowingly or intentionally collect information about children under the age of 13. We may also disclose User Information collected on the Site when requested to comply with a court order, investigation, subpoena or governmental request. We will notify You of such use, either by a notification on the Site or by email to Our Users.
- Business Transfers. If We go through a business transfer, such as consolidation, merger, restructuring, acquisition, or sale of part or all of Our assets, You acknowledge and consent to the transfer of Your User Information and User Content. You further acknowledge and consent to the continued use of Your User Information and/or User Content by the recipient, so long as they comply with this Privacy Policy. - We Never Sell Your User Information and Content. We will not sell Your User Information and/or User Content to any third party without Your express written permission. We will not share Your User Information and/or User Content directly with any third party who is not affiliated with Us, except as described in this Privacy Policy. We don’t like spam any more than You do, and We will not share Your User Information and/or User Content to be used for the purpose of sending You unsolicited commercial offers or promotions.
Please bear in mind that whenever You voluntarily make Your User Information and/or User Content available for viewing by third parties online – for example through email or registering on a website- that information can be seen, collected and used by others besides Us. We are not responsible for any unauthorized third-party use of such User Information and/or Personal Information.
- GLOBAL DIGITAL PRIVACY REGULATIONS (GDPR) COMPLIANCE
- We store User Information in the cloud and on our servers and the servers of our service providers. We or our service providers may transfer and access such information from around the world, including to locations in the United States. By providing information to Us, you consent to the transfer and storage of Personal Information in these locations.

- You may review, update, correct or delete the User Information by contacting us by email at admin@fullcapacityliving.com. We retain a record of the transactions and activity conducted by you for 180 days after the transaction for customer service purposes and to document the concluded transaction in the event of a dispute, which may delay our completion of your request to delete your User Information.
- You may have additional rights as a citizen or resident of certain jurisdictions.
If you are a citizen of an EU nation, your personal information is protected by the provisions of the EU General Data Privacy Regulation (“GDPR”), and your nation’s laws may provide additional protections. SECURITY OF INFORMATION
- We cannot and do not guarantee that information supplied to Us will not be intercepted while being transmitted over the internet.
- We contract with hosting companies that use firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and other advanced technology to prevent interference or access from outside intruders. However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is perfectly secure. Therefore, We cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event that We are notified that personally identifiable information is compromised as a result of a breach of security, We will promptly notify those persons/Users whose personally identifiable information has been compromised, in accordance with the notification procedures set forth in this Privacy Policy, or as otherwise required by applicable law.
- EXTERNAL WEBSITES
- The Site may include links to websites operated by other companies or people, which may or may not be co-branded. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of websites or other services operated by third parties that are linked to or integrated with Our Service or for the privacy practices of any third party. - However, You cannot opt out of receiving transactional emails related to Your Account with Us or IBERNETICS Services, unless You delete Your Account.
- RETENTION OF INFORMATION
